Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you keep tabs on your purchase.
Once your order has left our facility, GloLashPro will not be liable for additional custom charges which will be your responsibility to pay for. We suggest that you ask about custom fees and charges with your local postal service or customs office for additional information. Orders will be returned and no refunds will be entertained if custom fees and charges are refused at delivery. You can claim your order as lost within 90 days from the date it was first placed to receive compensation.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once you place an order and it has been shipped by GloLashPro, you will get an email with the tracking number. As soon as the delivery is confirmed, GloLashPro will not be liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provides an accurate address and contact information when placing an order. All orders have to be signed for on delivery for your own protection. We urge every customer to make sure that they have their order delivered where they can sign for it. In case you wish to waive the right to a signature, you can contact the delivery company to do so. However, please keep in mind that in doing so, so will also waive package insurance from GloLashPro.
In case we do not have the products you order in our stock, our team will let you know and provide you with a refund immediately.
