Take your lash retention and application skills to the next level in this advanced in-person training experience led by Master Educator Donna Pauletto, with over 11 years of industry experience.

This intensive 1 day masterclass is designed for intermediate and advanced lash artists who are looking to refine their technique, troubleshoot retention issues and elevate the overall quality and longevity of their lash sets.

Throughout the training day, students will work through our exclusive digital retention guide while learning advanced retention theory, proper adhesive usage, attachment techniques, wrapping & tension methods, cleansing preparation, placement correction and retention troubleshooting. Students will then complete a live model session with direct hands-on guidance and feedback throughout the application process.

This course is focused on creating long-lasting results, improving client satisfaction and helping artists gain a deeper understanding of the technical foundations behind exceptional lash retention.
